1. All donation items reward are intangible and cannot be refunded.

2. All donation items cannot be exchanged / replaced 24 hours after the date of donation.

3. All donation items cannot be sold by real money currency, violating this will result an account ban or closure.

4. All donation items request will be made 12 - 24 hours after the donation has made.

5. Fraudulent donations will result to an Account / IP Ban or Closure.

6. Donor should be responsible for the security of its account, do not share your accounts to pilot and always LOCK your account.

NOTE: Always remember that Ultima Staffs never ask your account password.
